After our first meeting, our team leave with your ideas and carefully analyze your needs and wants. Our team will then provide a preliminary design proposal along with a rough estimate of your project. This early stage of our relationship is where the real magic of the transformation is uncovered. Our expert Paul will then provide you with exceptional design sketches to give your vision a solid starting point.
Once we have agreed upon the scope of the project and made our decision to work together to create your dream renovation, our team will provide a detailed agreement that includes a mutually agreed-upon timeline and payment schedule. JND principals will be excited to create a spectacular renovation!
Permits may not be required for cosmetic renovations; however, if your renovation requires structural work or room additions, a final design will be drawn for planning and permit applications. Don’t worry we will apply on your behalf!
We will work with you through all details of your project. And happy to work with you on the small but essential elements such as colour, finishing fixtures, and windows. We can work together to bring samples into your home for comparison, pricing, and final decision making. You can also work directly with your preferred suppliers!
A renovation can be difficult to live through. Depending on the scale of the project, you may decide to leave your home temporarily. Which means your peace of mind is important to us.
