Although only six years old, this house needed lots of work. When the original owner decided to renovate his house to sell, he called JND Design & Build to do a complete renovation.

We replaced the floor with white oak, took out a non-load bearing wall to create an open concept main floor, completely transformed the kitchen, added new finishings in three bathrooms and painted every square inch of the house.

The result is a house that sold in one day after a bidding war.
