When the original owner passed away, her sons called JND Design & Build to discuss a full renovation to their family home, which had fallen into complete disrepair.

After meeting with their clients and listening to what they wanted from their renovation, JND set about on a plan to complete a renovation that would update all necessary amenities while restoring the home’s original elements.

This $400,000 renovation included a new roof, the creation of a nanny suite, the restoration of 3 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms, a brand-new deck, a fully repainted interior and exterior, along with updated finishings in the kitchen, living room and bathrooms.
